This all starts with a Free Health Check at your property or site. As part of our Client Service Agreement, we maintain your property on an on-going basis, conducting general checks, and completing work ranging from carpentry, to door handles, to lighting and beyond, with a key focus on ‘Prevention Rather Than Cure’.
Our on-going maintenance strategy is geared towards looking after your properties health, and preventing the minor problems we catch at source, from escalating into bigger ones, allowing your business to operate at optimum efficiency with minimum downtime and maximum quality.
As part of our on-going service agreement with you, our commitment is to provide you with a Free Health Check on your property or site, this includes:
- Visiting your property / site
- Completing a full evaluation
- Conducting a site survey
- Assessing the materials that are required
Then when it’s time to complete the work we’ve evaluated:
- We’ll turn up with all the materials already on hand
- Which from years of building relationships with clients, we understand to be the most cost efficient process.
We are committed to this process in streamlining costs for our clients, and to not just turn up without any materials, and then charging for hours and hours before we start our work.
That’s not the Phillip Shaun way. We only charge when we work.
